To better serve our community, we have grown beyond the walls of the studio to incorporate virtual programs. Programming can include blended in-person and live-virtual sessions, self-guided training tracks and on-demand Row With Us workouts Virtual programming help you row your way fit - at your convenience and comfort level.

NOTE: Participants in Virtual Boathouse programs must be enrolled and e-sign our waiver. Participants should be in good health and have physician's clearance to participate in exercise and cardio activity. Check with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise activity or regimen.
